Delivery Charges

Four standard delivery charge on all orders to Mainland U.K start from £6.95. The delivery cost for your order is calculated and displayed in your online shopping cart once a product is added to the basket.

Standard Delivery is estimated to take 1 - 2 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. There is no Saturday Service therefore orders sent on a Friday will arrive on the Monday. Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12.00pm. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working Days are defined as Monday – Friday (Excluding weekends, bank and public holidays)- therefore any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and not necessarily delivered with your everyday post and if you are not in at the time of delivery, a card should be left by the courier telling you where your order is being held. All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability, precise timing cannot be specified.

Please be advised if goods are returned back to Domino Girl by the courier, £15.00 return to sender charge will be deducted from the refund. Customer will need to place the order again to have the goods re-delivered.

We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland and most international destinations. Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery has been made for the Standard delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible whether the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an e-mail to our customer services through the "contact us" link.

**If the postcode or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may occur** .

Stock items are normally dispatched within 1 - 2 days after order has been placed. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

- Although we will strive to dispatch most orders for next day delivery, we would ask that you allow between 1-5 days for receipt of goods. If you have not received your order within seven days, please contact our customer services.

- We aim to despatch majority of orders received Monday-Friday before 1.00pm the same day. However, they will be on rare occasions where the orders will be despatched the following the day. Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Working Days are defined as Monday – Friday (Excluding weekends, bank and public holidays)- therefore any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

- If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day (subject to bank holidays). 

- For security reasons, occasionally we may request proof of identity and address or may only be able to ship orders to the billing address. If ID is requested, we are unable to dispatch the order (or hold the goods) until the ID has been received. 

- Deliveries are normally made next working day unless being sent outside of the UK or subject to the above conditions. However, we would ask that you allow between 1-3 days for receipt of goods. If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact our customer services.

- All UK deliveries are sent via DHL, to track your order visit the DHL website and enter your order reference and delivery postcode.

- Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required.
