Charges shown at checkout

Delivery charges are calculated from the destination, order and available service. The applicable options and prices are displayed in the basket or checkout before payment.

Mainland UK standard delivery currently starts from £6.95. The checkout price is authoritative because shipping rates may change and some destinations or orders require a different service.

Free shipping

Qualifying Mainland UK orders may receive free shipping when the conditions displayed at checkout are met. The currently advertised threshold is £400.

Dispatch and delivery

Stock orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Available delivery services and estimates are shown during checkout and begin after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays. Tracking information is supplied where available.

UK and international destinations

DHL and other configured delivery services are offered according to destination and availability. International buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and related charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Address and failed delivery

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate address and ensure someone is available to accept and, where required, sign for the goods.

If goods are returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or redelivery was not arranged, we may deduct the reasonable courier, return and handling costs from any refund. A new order and delivery charge may be required for redelivery.
