Registered office:

1. Business customers only
We sell exclusively to retailers and other business customers. We do not sell to consumers.
By registering or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have authority to place orders and bind the business named on the account.
We may request evidence of your business activity and may approve, refuse, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and for activity undertaken through your account.
Please notify us promptly of unauthorised use or changes to your business, billing or delivery information.
3. Products and availability
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, manufacturing batches or display settings.
All products are subject to availability. We may correct errors or withdraw products before accepting an order.
4. Prices and charges
Prices are stated in pounds sterling. Qualifying children’s clothing is zero-rated for UK VAT.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and related charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
5. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not mean it has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier in writing.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- Payment is not authorised.
- Products are unavailable.
- Pricing or product information contains a material error.
- The buyer does not meet our trade-account requirements.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by myPOS or another payment provider shown at checkout.
We do not receive or store complete payment-card details. Payment is subject to authorisation by the payment provider and card issuer.
An order will not be dispatched until cleared payment has been received unless we have agreed written credit terms.
7. Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimates are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.
The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the goods.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when they are delivered to the stated address. Ownership remains with AMEZ LIMITED until we have received full cleared payment for the goods and all related charges.
We are not responsible for delay caused by an incorrect address, customs, the buyer’s failure to accept delivery or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where goods are returned to us following unsuccessful delivery, we may deduct the reasonable return and handling costs from any refund.
8. Cancellations
To request cancellation, email shop_support@dominogirl.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details.
An order may be cancelled without charge if we receive and accept the request before processing or dispatch begins.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The buyer may instead request a return under section 9.
Because all sales are business-to-business, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
9. Returns and exchanges
Returns require our prior written authorisation.
A return request must normally be made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered and suitable for resale, with tags and original packaging intact.
Unless goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description:
- The buyer is responsible for return postage and transit risk.
- Original delivery charges are not refundable.
- Exchanges may be subject to a further delivery charge.
- We may refuse or reduce a refund where goods are used, damaged, incomplete or not in resaleable condition.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected. We normally initiate refunds within 14 days, although the payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.
10. Damaged, incorrect or missing goods
Please inspect deliveries promptly.
Visible damage, shortages or incorrect goods should be reported to shop_support@dominogirl.co.uk within two working days of delivery. Other defects should be reported promptly after discovery.
Please provide the order details, product information and photographs where reasonably requested. We may arrange a replacement, repair, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in a business sale.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of obligations relating to legal ownership of goods.
- Any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or opportunity.
Our total liability arising from an order will not normally exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and subject to the statutory reasonableness test.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, extreme weather, industrial action, supplier failure, customs delays, cyber incidents, government action or interruption of utilities or communications.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance.
13. Website use and intellectual property
Website content, branding, product images and designs are owned by or licensed to AMEZ LIMITED. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe an account or the website is being misused.
14. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. General terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than the buyer and AMEZ LIMITED has a right to enforce the contract.
These Terms and the documents expressly referred to in them form the agreement between the parties concerning an online order. Changes to these Terms apply to future orders and will be published on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms and every order are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
